Minorities in the legal community have experienced the power of mentorship in achieving their education and career goals. Please use the form below if you would like to request a mentor to help you prepare and apply for law school.
How does mentorship with IDEAL work? The mentee (undergraduate student) will be paired with a mentor that comes from a law school in their state (based on availability). The focus of this mentorship is to help the mentee create a vision for their life, specify measurable goals, and write down detailed plans of how they will achieve those goals. The mentor will help the mentee navigate how to plan for academic success, law school admissions, and other goals that the mentee has. Throughout the year, the mentor will follow up with the mentee on the progress of their plans, and provide general support and advising.
